Foxx Offers Positive But Vague Support for Bike Projects

The bad news: The answers are so vague — especially the one on performance measures — it tells me we have a lot of work to do to convince the new Secretary that a non-motorized safety performance measures is a critical step to “offering the public safe transportation choices” as “a priority at the Department.”
