To register for an LCI Certification Seminar, you must be a member of the League as an individual or as part of a family membership. Click on the seminars below to start the registration process.
Members can login to the League's member portal here to register. Non-members may join here.

Below is the current list of upcoming LCI Seminars that are open to the public. Seminars are posted at the time of scheduling (no later than 90 days prior to the seminar start date). March 7 – March 14 in Oakland, CA (Application Closes 1/24/26)
Through the generous support of Alameda County Transportation Commission and funded by a grant from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, Bike East Bay is able to offer full scholarships for up to 10 attendees of this seminar.
