Smart Cycling Manual
We combined the old Traffic Skills 101, Traffic Skills 201, Group Riding and Commuting curricula into a single document — eliminating duplication and ensuring greater consistency. There are basic, intermediate and advanced building blocks for the content, and also improved graphics and photos. Purchase the Smart Cycling Manual from the League Store.
Group Ride Manuals
Available in versions for both instructors and students, these guides offer information on biking safely in a group. The Instructor Group Ride Manual is geared for League Cycling Instructors interested in offering on-bike group riding classes, while the Student Group Ride Manual serves as a supplement to those classes. Between the two, we cover everything from the basic principles of group riding and common terminology for students to key learning objectives and course set up for instructors. Packed with useful guidance, these manuals are a must have prior to hosting an on-bike group ride class.
This package includes 39 illustrations that help make sharing bike safety easier. As seen throughout the Quick Guide and Smart Cycling Student Manual, the illustrations cover topics from locking your bike to how to best enter a highway. Purchase the suite of illustrations from the League Store.
