The Tax Cut and Jobs Act suspends the Bicycle Commuter Benefit from 12/31/2017 until January 1, 2026. If you have access to it use it by the end of this year!

The New Jersey Bike and Walk Coalition is working to improve driver education in New Jersey. Senate Bill 2894 would require that bicyclist and pedestrian safety information included in: The New Jersey Driver Education Course, The New Jersey Driver Education Manual, and The New Jersey Driver’s License Written Exam.
