National Geographic Society mobile workshop at #NBS17

Nat Geo Shark

The National Geographic Society hardly needs an introduction. This iconic D.C.-headquartered Silver Bicycle Friendly Business is a global nonprofit organization committed to investing in bold people and transformative ideas to generate solutions for sustainable future.

We are proud to have National Geographic Society as part of the League’s Bicycle Friendly Business (BFB) program. The Society is committed to making biking to work safer and more accessible for their employees.

Summit attendees that sign-up and participate in this mobile workshop will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Society’s bike parking and locker room facilities, hear from their bike commuters and members of their Climate Ride team and get a free tour of Nat Geo’s museum. The workshop is offered in the morning on Monday, March 6, and Tuesday, March 7. Both are limited to 20 people, so sign up soon! Participants must be registered for the Summit, and can sign-up through the on-line schedule
