Education Video Series: Fitting and Adjusting Your Bike
July 15, 2013/
Once you’ve got your bike all picked out, there are a few things you’ve got to check off the list before you get riding.
As part of our release of a series of education videos, we’re highlighting one of these 19 videos every Monday on the League blog.
This Monday, we’re taking a look at “Fitting and Adjusting” your bike.

The basics:
- Straddle the bike and stand in front of the seat
- Lift the front and rear wheels off of the ground until it touches you
- If it is a road bike, there should be 1-2 inches between the tires and the ground
- For a mountain or hybrid bike, there should be 3-4 inches
View, share and enjoy!
