LCI Profile - Jonathan Howell

BICYCLES: I love bicycles. I love everything about them. I love to ride them. I love to learn more about them. I love the various communities created for bicycling. I love to fix or repair them. But most of all, I love to introduce newcomers to bicycles and communities. WHY? I love to teach about Bicycle Safety. The importance of anything new is a great foundation. Bicycling foundation begins with safety. Without a great foundation about bicycling, a person is not just a danger to themselves, but also the people in the environment where he rides. Someone once unwisely said to me, "It's supposed to be fun." However, the fun stops when an unsafe bicyclist is injured or worse, causes someone else's injury that was 100% preventable.
