Riley P. Titlebaum

Riley supports the League’s Smart Cycling program and manages registration and Lobby Day coordination for the National Bike Summit. Before joining the League, they served as Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for Philadelphia’s bike share system, Indego. Riley’s background is in arts event coordination. They have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, where they studied Music and Theatre and have contributed to an array of visual and performing arts experiences in both Dayton and Philadelphia. Outside of work, you’ll find Riley biking the streets of Philly, making music, gaming, roller skating, rock climbing, and practicing yoga.
