Get Your Bike Month Materials!

While we love and promote riding every day of the year, there’s a certain magic to National Bike Month each May. While we take pride in the release of our annual Bicycle Friendly State ranking and the reveal of our latest Bicycle Friendly Communities, we also get to witness an incredible diversity of cycling celebrations unique to communities across the country.

We invite you to take advantage of our Bike Month resources and materials — and tell us what you have planned.

Yesterday, we released this year’s Bike Month posters, which include space for you to add information about your events and a variety of different types of bikes to make your community feel like they’re behind the handlebars. While we love to celebrate Bike to Work Week (May 12-16) and Bike to Work Day (May 16), we also recognize that Bike Month continues to grow and evolve each year to include many other types of events, from CycloFemme on May 11 to Silicon Valley’s Bike to Shop Day on May 17.

If you’re new to organizing, check out our helpful National Bike Month Guide, which includes a wealth of ideas, statistics and templates for just about any cycling celebration.

We also invite you to show your love for bicycling with our web banner and buttons. We even have a Facebook timeline cover!

Stay tuned in coming days for a social media promo kit and more!
