Beyond Pix Studios has created 2007 Bike Month PSAs --- there are two.

MaryAnn Blackwell participated in last year’s Bike to Work Day and now she bikes to work on a regular basis. Not only does MaryAnn save money and feels healthier, it’s become a way of life. Join this year’s Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 17 and be part of the revolution. See PSA Video 1.

Cole Portocarrero is the Executive Director of the Bay Area Bicycle Coalition. Her top priority everyday is to make bicycling a prominent and viable form of transportation for Bay Area residents. She’s appealing to all who haven’t pedaled in years to come out and rediscover a cool way to travel. See PSA Video 2.

HOW TO WRITE A PSA FOR RADIO

A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT MUST BE SHORT - NO MORE THAN 75 WORDS FOR A 30-SECOND P-S-A. IT'S CUSTOMARY TO WRITE THE P-S-A IN ALL CAPS. KEEP IT CHATTY, BECAUSE THE ANNOUNCER IS GOING TO READ IT JUST LIKE YOU WROTE IT.

GIVE THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS/CLUB AND WHAT THE EVENT IS. INCLUDE THE DATE AND TIME, AND WHERE THE EVENT IS LOCATED (E.G., "ON MAIN STREET, ACROSS FROM THE LIBRARY"). END WITH "FOR MORE INFORMATION, CALL [YOUR BUSINESS/CLUB]."
